Working principle of iron ore dryer

   The natural iron ore is crushed by the crusher, transported by the conveyor to the ball mill for grinding, then separated and washed by the classifier, and finally pure iron is separated by magnetic separation. The iron just extracted contains a lot of water and must be concentrated and dried to obtain dry minerals. The iron ore dryer is the main equipment for drying iron minerals.

  The drying cylinder of the iron ore dryer is a slightly tilted and rotatable circular cylinder. The wet material containing moisture enters the drying cylinder through the upper end. Under the action of the forward lifting plate, it is continuously lifted and thrown down, and the hot air flow fully contacts and moves forward continuously, and the dry material is discharged from the lower end. The heat source of Jiutian iron ore dryer is generally hot air, high-temperature flue gas, coal, etc. The heat source can also be specifically designed according to customer needs.
